What you’ll need ::
A Base Color ( Color Club Who Are You Wearing = Gray )Rubbing Alcohol A Top CoatNews Paper
Step One :: Apply your base color & let it dry completely.
Step Two :: Dip each finger in your rubbing alcohol.
Step Three :: Press a piece of newspaper against your nails firmly.
Step Four :: Remove the newspaper.
Step Five :: Add a thick layer of your top coat. And be careful not to smear the design :)
